Associate Medical Writer

Role overview and requirements 

The core responsibility of an Associate Medical Writer is to produce high-quality, well written and accurate scientific content that meets our clients’ needs. The role involves developing content for a broad range of project types (eg slide decks, reports, digital outputs, publications, content for client meetings [such as advisory board and symposia], and training materials). You will typically work within one or two account teams alongside other colleagues with varying levels of experience. 

What we are looking for: 

  • PhD or MSc in a biological, biomedical, pharmacological or medical discipline. We occasionally offer graduate Associate Medical Writer roles to outstanding BSc-level candidates 
    Please note that chemistry graduates will only be considered if there is a strong biological or medical component to their degree

The successful candidate will possess a 'can-do' attitude, be responsive to feedback, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Prior experience (outside academia) of writing and/or project management is desirable.
